Dedication and Baptism
“Sunday, September 26, 2010 was a day of rejoicing! Ed & Sheri Rypstra’s baby, Ryan Edward William, was dedicated to the Lord and Josh Courville & Simon Mueller were baptized. Josh & Simon’s parents shared words of affirmation and a favorite Bible verse as a tribute to their sons’ spiritual commitment. The testimony of Christ’s transforming love was powerfully portrayed and the praise and worship was inspirational! The Sunday service concluded with an exceptional buffet luncheon and warm fellowship. Welcome Party

Church Picnic
We had our Church Picnic on Sunday 4th July at Centennial Park, the weather was great and we had a goodly number attending along with a few family pets. Pastor Travis was our BBQ chef with some help from other seasoned BBQ’ers, they turned out some tasty hot-dogs and hamburgers for a hungry crowd. After a time of good eating and conversation the more sporty and fit among us older folk, along with the younger set, limbered up for some games of baseball, I am sure there were some stiff and sore bodies on Monday morning. A very enjoyable time was had by all.
