True Worship at the Lord's Table

Paul writes to a church that was active, gifted, and serving but deeply divided.  They gathered for the Lord's Supper, but their worship had become careless, self-centered, and fractured.  What is "True Worship" as it applies to the celebration of the Lord's Table?
